I’m a Pega Architect with over 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing business‑critical Pega applications across finance, insurance, and public sector organisations in APAC.

Over the last 10+ years in IT, I’ve specialised in building enterprise‑grade Pega solutions that are robust, maintainable, and aligned with business outcomes. I work end‑to‑end across the delivery lifecycle — from requirements and solution design to development, testing, performance tuning, and production support.

My core strength lies in combining Pega platform expertise with modern DevSecOps practices and cloud‑native architectures. This means not only getting applications live, but ensuring they are observable, secure, and easy to evolve.

I enjoy working closely with cross‑functional teams, enabling Centers of Excellence, and mentoring engineers to raise the overall delivery quality of Pega initiatives.

How I work

I approach every engagement with a platform mindset — looking beyond immediate requirements to ensure the solution will remain operable, secure, and adaptable as the business evolves.

I often collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to define deployment pipelines, RBAC/ABAC models, and monitoring strategies. This reduces friction between development and production and gives stakeholders confidence in change.

Outside of work

I’m a strong believer in continuous learning and spend a good amount of time exploring new patterns in cloud, containerisation, and automation — along with keeping up to date with changes in the Pega ecosystem.
